Dhoni was supposed to be paid. Amrapali, instead of giving him all in cash, they gave him shares via Sakshi. MSD would have been advised that its good for tax purpose. But legally, MSD didnt realise that as 25% Shareholder, If tomorrow Builder collapse, Money will be tracked and recovered. So, Thala or not Thala. He has been made chewtiya and if there is any asset/cash/liquidity in AMDPL . It will be recovered. Thala gets peanuts

He worked here in Hydroelectric department as an Engineer where he did fraud, left govt job, then became contractor, again did fraud when he was a contractor and then started his company.
