Once the novelty factor wears off for medium pacers,  they find it far more difficult to pick wickets.

Ball doesn't swing for a long time often. He still gets wickets when it swings. When he gets those conditions for longer period, he will get wickets again.

This kid is a genuine wicket taker and a genuine fast bowler.

 

Hoping to see him get fit and play the next Ranji match.

watched the highlights of padikkals innings,he has good form against the spinners,gets to the pitch of the ball easily with his long legs and has  great power.He is kinda of streaky against the pacers but a great prospect going forward.
