Vilander
its a great tragedy, this guy wandered into pak after getting drunk one day..poor chap. Is probably dead now, he was killed with bricks and blades throat and stomach slashed, head bashed he is in coma. This is the way pak treats innocent Indian civilians and some of us wanted to free Kasab.
Clarke
Yeah' date=' [b']India's judiciary to roz desh par chaar channd lagaati hai. :hysterical: Anyway if this guy was indeed responsible for the death of civilians as part of a targeted attack, his incarceration is well justified. Oh crap, I forgot how Ajmal Kasab's case was dismissed in the highest court just like this one. There is also a proven record of the Supreme Court bending over to the govt in power, just like the padosi courts in front of their generals. Thanks for the very precise equivalence which helped a lot when talking about the topic. FYI all I was talking about is the trial. Is it too much to ask for a fair one where he's represented by able lawyers and not phony ones that take their orders from the dictators ? If he's guilty, the padosis are justified in the punishment and I would expect our govt to at least attempt a rescue by unconventional means. The Realist
Gutless Ind govt, shameless and pathetic  Can you imagine the same treatment happening to an American, Israeli or British prisoner? Showing this meek appeasement and cowardice means you will always get rolled over. All this so-called diplomacy is just a show - Ind has zero clout - an article in the Economist sais the number of Ind diplomats in comparison with its size is woeful - Singapore has more diplomats. So many levers could be pulled but nothing is done especially for military/security personnel who have been captured. Disgusting and sickening.
