I dont think herd immunity is a good idea. Most vulnerable are the bread-winners of the families who go out and work. Putting them at risk can destroy not only the family but their income source. In my view, economy cannot sustain until the virus is eliminated with very hard measures.

Not unavoidable....like if 60% is herd immunity, there is very very strong argument that after 30-40% it becomes manageable just like seasonal flu
