So I missed Nagarkotti bowling I watched first 10 overs and then last 4 overs. How has he bowled. I looked Mavis both overs and he dint look impresive at all. He was bowling like a defensive bowler than agressive he was in last season. How about Nagarkotti??

Looked decent. Not up to his U19 WC speeds yet but pretty steady. Mavi's 2nd over was good too.

Khaleel's bowling action is absolutely messed up, all over the place. Bowling arm coming over inside his left shoulder instead of over it or a bit around it.

Cant get a proper idea unless slow motion video is available from side view ,i think he is landing on his heels so backfoot contact is delayed and he stays a little longer on heels thus wait transfer is also delayed while loading up the action

He usually bowls quicker than this in T20s.

Can bowl a few deliveries in the early 140s range.

Yes, need a good video to analyze, but one thing is he isn't getting in right position at the delivery stride. He seems to be hip dominant but probably his centre of mass is falling ahead, may have an issue with impulse stride too.  Centre of mass at the delivery stride should be in a vertical line but here feels like his upper body is falling and not straight.
