At 35, you don't develop a chink. You lose your reflexes especially for batsmen who rely on hand eye coordination. When playing outside Asia these things get exposed more profoundly.

yea but its hasnt been exposed so badly yet coz their arent many who can bowl at pace of lockie or starc or has accuracy of bumrah

these deliveries are mostly rare which we put in "jaffar" category

A similar delivery to right handed Rahul from Bumrah going away disturbed his stumps as he was trying to play it on third man opening the face of the bat

Yes,a treat of a delivery very rare

Head falling over to play leg side lift, mostly a technical fault ,fair enough ,i don't think he will do it in odis

i dont think their are many bowlers to exploit it as of now, yea needs to be seen if this is due to trying hard in t20s

A slower fuller length off cutter also works against Dhawan as with slow reflexes he is not able to play shots over the in field & many times gets out while playing cheeky strokes.  Anyways his time has to be over in T20s,  in ODIs he may last not more than a year.

Dhawan starts great and fizzles out or just about time when he is about to be dropped plays a blinder. Now watch he will hit a 50 in one of the next 2 games and get selected for the next T20 series.

Indias biggest success is because of top 3 but there is a reason why he is always rated a notch below Rohit and Virat.
