Serpico Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 He bowled some trash in first two ODIs. It also didn't help that aussie batsmen were on rampage and smith especially in killer robot mode. Now that they have turned the tour around, should they give him one more try to see if he can redeem himself? Will also give him some confidence before going into test series. Saini in for Thakur/Deepak
Forward Defence Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 Ideally Saini should have been playing the practice match. Getting into red ball mode. Would love to see him get a go in the 3rd T20 but dropping Chahar after one poor game would also be harsh. Shardul won't be dropped as he did a decent job. Can't drop Natarajan as that would be downright cruel and also dumb. Just hope Saini gets his mojo going with the red/pink ball and makes the Aussies smell the leather
prudent_kreeda Posted December 7, 2020 Posted December 7, 2020 pataa nahi. Ye Saini launda slow learner lagta hai.
nsareen Posted December 7, 2020 Posted December 7, 2020 he has nothing to offer in the current form, i feel he is not fully fit..Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
sandeep Posted December 7, 2020 Posted December 7, 2020 He should have been playing the 3 day warm up game. Seems like management has decided that Saini is ahead in the white ball pecking order, while Siraj is the red ball 'next' guy. Not the worst thing, but Australia is a tough place to debut for young inexperienced pace bowlers some times. I would have wanted to give Siraj an Indian debut or England/SA/NZ.
ShoonyaSifar Posted December 8, 2020 Posted December 8, 2020 Even in a dead rubber Mayank and Saini have not been picked. Why were they not released for the practice match? Mosher 1
