Trichromatic Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 Thought worst was over. 8-0 whitewash, Home series loss. 11-2 record in England. Now this batting performance. Who would have thought that we will see this in 2020?
Stan AF Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 It'll never be over. Dhoni & Kohli will go on record as the worst test captains to have ever graced indian cricket. Frustrated 1
Gollum Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 2011 loss was with an ageing side. Home series loss during our transition phase against a brilliant English side with guys like Cook, KP, Swann, Bell, Trott, Prior, Anderson, Broad at the peak of their powers. 2-11 against Eng is bad but a couple of the losses were close, unlucky with toss. Nothing compared to the embarrassment today. This is the worst ever performance in the history of Indian cricket. Nepal would have done better from the situation we were in today morning. Laaloo 1

MechEng Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 @Gollum. Hazlewood seemed in god mode, even more unplayable than Steyn's 6/8. I don't have much knowledge about batting but did our batters make simple mistakes or was it too good bowling?

MechEng Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 Just now, Vilander said: It was very poor batting. There were some good channel balls I watched highlights and the length was so good that batsmen didn't know if to come forward or leave on backfoot.

Even if it is 10th day pitch against 4 Ambroses, too shocked now man, don't know if this is a bad dream or something. nevada 1
