Wow SL team is turning it on in first session..  Crucial toss won & ball was moving around.  I reckon SA are in trouble.  Also noticed these lankan batsman have good back foot strokes.  No wonder they did win last time.  Watch out this series guys.  Lankans are very much in it to repeat history.

Mickey Arthur knows SA conditions by the back of his hand.  Clearly visible from the kind of stroke play here by Lankans.  Next Boxing day Test India will be in SA I think.

Dds went off injured at an opportune time. This wicket is unlike any of the ones that sl played on when they won 2-0. Great  carry and just enough seam movement on offer with good value for strokeplay. Typical highveld pitch.

Sad to see likes of Sipamla, Ngidi, Mulder bowling for SA. How the mighty have fallen. Lanka don't have the bowling to get SA out twice, otherwise this is an absolutely beatable SA side.

No it's a good bowling attack that won them the last time.  Fernando the left armer did well.  Kumara as well & has pace as well.  Hasaranga a wrist spinner.  Rajitha too was impressive in 2nd game.  They got the attack.  SA look extremely beatable.

Missing their usual Lakmal & Pradeep. Fernando did well last time but he is just run of the mill, don't expect him to run through SA. Kumara is fast but erratic.

Lankas only chance is if they can get 400 plus here

Kumara is young & has toured SA twice since 2016. Has a 5fer there if I am not wrong.  Fernando troubled Aussies in Aus briefly as well.  Bowls left arm at 140k...  Handy guy with the new ball.  Pradeep & lakmal have been booted out by Mickey..  Both are old & injury prone.  Don't count out their wristie as well..  Mickey rates him very high & saffers suck against them.  If they make 350 here...  It's over for them

Hmmm I think you are overestimating abilities of Lankan bowlers but let's see what they produce in first innings.

Brilliant batting from Lankans..  Pitch has good lateral movement.  Man enjoying this top class stuff.  SA bowling is below par so far.

On the new South African pitches, the only way to win is how the Lankans are playing. You can get out any ball and need to make sure you score at every opportunity. Terrific batting so far, loving it! India needs to recruit Mickey Arthur as coach. He is working wonders with this Sri Lankan team.

This Dickwella is so so creative dude..  SL continues to produce these kind of players.  Most exciting SC side to watch.  Mickey has transformed this side totally.  Batting is absolutely top notch.  Let's see if their bowlers can back this up or not.
