Is Rahane the worst Indian batsman against Spin

It led to a very specific question at the press conference about his spin worry, when the vice-captain bristled. "I was expecting this question. You need to check your facts. My contribution to the team. Whenever the team needed runs, the runs are there. I am a team man. When the team needs me to score in a situation, I have always done that. these kind of useless statements are given by players who are no good. So when he failed , his team did not need runs.

This is the same batsman who after doing nothing for whole England series was still harping on him missing first two tests in SA and how he helped his team win third test in SA.He stunk for whole England series where he played all five tests and yet he was talking about SA series.

 

Now he is giving out statement whenever teams needs runs , runs are there. team needed his runs for whole England series what happened then??

Talks a good game off the pitch but once steps on it displays defeatist body language and stats illustrate his dismal performances. Passenger with a capital P.

This guy as vice captain & a certainty in the XI. For how long this cruel joke will be played on Indian fans. Indian cricket deserves better. Yes Pujara should be dropped as well but he doesn't come with vice-captaincy tag. Rahane is a liability still indispensable. Atleast strip him of vice captaincy.
