trigger happy activist judge looking for a 2-min fame. judging beyond his jurisdiction. It is not a judgement, but a bail hearing

Why do you say that ( part in bold)?

Also most milords are verbose. The higher the stature of the court the more long winded the judgements.  Pick up any judgement from the SC and take a look.

High visibility case, whole India is following the story. His words are championed in SM/MSM by liberal journalists as a sign of approval of dissent. A bail hearing where bail was granted, he needn't have chastised with some heavy words that are out of place. He could see the motivation for the case from the prosecution. Disha was not just dissenting, she was hobnobbing with India's enemies. So, he can't say that GoI is going after those dissenting. Already his words are rung in WaPo by the likes of Barkha. He is playing into their playbook.

Nobody is a holy cow. Activists judges are always taken to task here at ICF.

Taken to task or insulted? Most of the times their intentions are questioned and even called deshdrohi

Correct, And that "outrage"  has got his credibility to be questioned.

Judge have no right to get outraged. His job is to pronounce judgement if defendant to be Bailed or Not?  He just needed a Yes or No.

Judges get outraged all the time when laws are not followed properly. Have you ever read anything from any judge anytime. You live in a BJP coccoon.

Reading comprehension or outlandish QED? I said they are using his words to write Opeds in WaPo. Did you read that as judge is anti-national ? I am calling Barkha one and justifiably so

Freedom is not absolute, it comes with responsibility.

At what point does one become an enemy of the state?

Definitely not by dissenting.

Which session judge got outraged and gave 100 page lecture on a bail plea? Please share even “ just one” since 1947 and i will accept your argument.

Meanwhile, people rejoicing on a 100-page bail plea judge’s statements on Disha, the following directive by GoI to SM practices is a result of the prosecution action on Disha.

of all, the following two ordinances are of interest...

EvEouoIVIAsk2mW?format=jpg&name=large

GoI is seeking more accountability from SM platforms in matters like the toolkit.

Dekhliyo or samajhliyo

Still waiting for you to prove that I called the judge anti-national!

Honestly she should be behind bars in her attempted lobbyism in the Radia tapes or her irresponsible reporting in Kargil or 26/11.

Instead of that she's busy writing hit jobs on Modi in rags like WaPo

Ok, this is getting tiring. You said I called the judge anti-national, prove me how. I never said I will prove any thing.
