vishalvirsingh Posted April 30, 2023 Posted April 30, 2023 the Pitches in this IPL are created with no thoughts. even a no 11 batsman can hit the no 1 bowler pretty well- such flat patta's are created. even the best of fast bowlers are being hit badly if they leave a bit of green on the wicket- batsman will need to play carefully instead of slogging like a no 11 batsman, even the no 1 batsman starts slogging. no skills are improved. every IPL track should be similar to an international Match Pitch. no international match is played on a FLAT road pitches now even in India. sena countries create pitches that give genuine support to pacers. i have played on Patta's and on green tracks on cross , azad and other grounds in Mumbai. Patta wickets are so patta some times that at least 50 percent of times - i used to give away my wicket by going berserk against the bowler as i was pushed to score 12 to 18 runs in every over( after first 4 overs) express bowling 1
