If they want Batting depth Yudhvir is a definite upgrade over current version of Mohsin who has lost around 10k average pace. Langer should take a call based on current form and fitness. Yash Thakur and Mayank /Yudhvir should be ideal starters.

Simarjeet is not a Del. regular , Del team is packed with fast bowlers, newer bowlers only get chance once the older blowers Saini, Ishant are in Ind Intnl/A side or injured. Without FC/some intnl matches it would be really hard for any Ind player to retain their place in IPL team or keep the franchises interested in them. Yes that is to much money for just 1 ball but without it the broadcaster will not show speeds on all the balls.
