Only reason KKD could never find a spot in T20 was because of immovable Dhoni. There is a reason why KKD never played for CSK as well. Dhoni literally killed his T20 career. Cricspin 1

Raina couldn't time even against mediocre bowlers. Not sure if Kahane did play any domestic when he was in horrible form.
