No. They will spend time with families. BCCI will not spend a single penny unless they are damn sure that WTC will happen as scheduled OR the kaptaan's wife decides she wants to go to London for vacation and shopping alongwith newborn.

Don't be so pessimistic, NZ is probably the only team besting SA as perennial chokers though in ICC events they do smash us from time to time.

NZ have a test series with England. They all would have flown directly after IPL after missing the first test. Now NZ will be at full strength (minus Boult).

 

BCCI should look at getting the team to England by 25th May. Gives the players some time to be with their families and then be ready for a long tour

I hope they stay in hard quarantine for 10 days. Can't risk a new variant in the country now that we're so close to freedom.

I feel if it was a four test series India would be much bigger favorites. But India tends to play bad in first test of every series and get better in later matches. That’s a problem when it’s a one and done test match.
