That was his first icc ko match,he picked Gayle early,bowled a no ball(picked a wicket)

 real choke came from Ashwin being a spinner ,took a wicket of a no ball,like in wtc Bumrah was expected to bowl better than Ashwin on a pace friendly strip similarly Ashwin was expected to bowl well that day
