Not related to the topic, but since you mention....

When I was around 6, my parents took me to the zoo in Byculla. There was a lion, quite pale and very weak looking in one of the cages. An excursion from a boys school was also there and they were throwing all kinds of stuff at the lion. Gems/Lays/Peanuts. The lion was just lying down  ignoring all of this. After a while it roared. And boy was it a roar. All the kids ran away from that cage.

We had a good laugh.
