Captain Morgan's Ind T20 11

If Morgan were Ind's mentor/coach, what type of T20 11 would he pick?

 

#1-2 (L-R combination)

• V Iyer. Positive player who can bowl too so likely to get his nod 
• Shaw. Definitely Morgan will pick him. For what I recall, BMac wanted KKR openers to play like that ... I would consider Gaikwad here 

 

#3-4 (L-R combination so if Iyer gets out Jadeja can go in for e.g.)

• SKY. Keeps the tempo up no matter what the situation 
• Jadeja. To play Moeen type of role. Can bowl a few overs 

 

#5-6-7 (death over hitters/game changers, can maintain L-R combination)

• Kishan ... can open with him too 
• SDP (Hardik). Can bowl too if required 
• Pant (wk)

 

Bowlers

• Bumrah - Good at death bowling
• Siraj - attacking bowler in PP and useful at the death
• Thakur - can bat at #8 and bowl too 
• Varun C - mystery spinner

every thread is a new way to assemble nonsensical structureless lineups. Fill up all young players on basis of last10 games or something and then same player will be replaced next yr kyunki market men naya maal aa chuka hoga

he doesnt have the range n power thats why the lower he bats the lower its a problem for him
