Players who are good and consistent from 2000 onwards but don’t get the recognition or not talked about much even though they played some clutch knocks or bowled great spells. Names that are only when  brought up, people realize how good they were.

To avoid conflicts I am excluding Indian players.

Picking players who are underrated or are better than what we think they are/were.

Justin Langer

Greame Smith

Younis Khan

Jayawerdana (c)

Ross Taylor

Mark Boucher (wk)

Jason Holder

Jason Gillespee

Morne Morkel

Rangana Herat

Nathan Lyon

Reserves based on conditions: Neil Wagner, Danish Kaneria, Andrew Strauss

can they dominate the team in the OP or not?

I think that underrated team I posted can beat most ATG teams on their day, in fact even capable of winning a series in a best of 3, beat of 5 contests.

why not? Is Ross Taylor or Jaya or G.Smith/Langer   Lesser talents or clutch than most ATG names?

ATG 11 has phenomenal batting and bowling skills.

lol how will this team beat india in india captained by rahane? even kohli actually.

how will this team beat aussies of 2000-2006?

Most teams with random compilations of players (call it World XI), however talented, would struggle to beat high-level national teams even if individually the World XI is better. this was clearly illustrated in the Super Test organized by the ICC

No way. Their bowling is too weak in comparison to the ATG team.

Only Mark Boucher from this list had the potential to compete any ALG keeper, rest were not ALG , because they were not of that caliber , very good crickters but not ALG.
