Mukesh choudhary from maha looks okay, Karnataka, TN don't seem to have any upcoming pacers, Stephen and harishankar Reddy from Andhra are good prospects

Mukesh gets it to move, action a bit like Trent Boult, in terms of pace there is no one new around, i said this earlier India's pace stock is overrated, with the facilities/infarstructure every state/ranji team bar plate group teams posses now they should be producing far better pacers, there is no way a 60 million cricket loving state like Karnataka have only one international class pacer to speak off, only vidharbha, upz Jharkhand and Rajasthan seem to be on the right track.

Mukesh Choudhary is impressive.

 

Looks sharp to me.  Gets zip off the deck.

 

He has a quick arm action and I am getting the feeling that batsmen are finding it difficult to pick the trajectory of the ball.

 

Moves the ball both ways and decent height too.

 

It may not be easy for batsmen to play him.

 

Much better than Nagaswalla.

A lot of potential players near Test and LOI selection or considered to be future talents did well today. V. Iyer, Sundar (with ball), Nagarkoti, Bharat, Bishnoi.

 

It was also nice for me to see Jonty Sidhu among the rans. He is far from Ind A, let alone Ind team, but I enjoy his batting.

The situation may look dire in 2021, due to very little domestic cricket in the last 20 months.

 

But things were looking up in the 2016 to 2019 period.

 

If we consider Fast bowlers or hit-the-deck Fast-medium bowlers available in the various zones now. (  December 2021 )
