Why is umran malik not with the Indian team in Africa even as a net bowler?

Here we allready established the talent. If Playing in Ranaji is for experience of faving neves and bats , its fine, I am not sure if Rnaji coaches will be anle to help him to make international without injuring him.

BCCI should fast track their project of selecting group of young pacers and having an exclusive training program which was announced earlier under Troy . 

These youngsters should be honing their skill not only just pace  but all other aspects like pace bowling including injury management for a sustained period like a year or more before they start playing long format games .  This cannot be possible at Ranji team level .

Second improvement should be - BCCI should have Board president X1 to participate in all the domestic matches which gives exposure to all young players who do not get chance in their state playing X1.

Bowling in Ranji develops bowling endurance.

Let him get prepare for tests by playing Ranjis, improve his control and learn how to hit a length and bowl on a line consistently. 

 

I bet that Bhuvneshwar Kumar will make him look like a club bowler in test matches, we don't want the next Sami or Aaron, let him work hard he is just 22 or something.

No one is asking him to be picked for tests.

 

Ranji Trophy doesn't start untill 13th January. He was already in SA. Like a few others from the A team stayed back (and were picked as reserves), he could have been asked to stay back for a couple of weeks with the national team as a net bowler and work with Mahambrey and the other coaches. Missed opportunity.
