From the moment Kohli came out attacking first ball (and perishing) and the team first pursuit of runs from every batsman since, you know this was a Dravid dicktat.

 

Ironically the same folk alleging selfish play are blind to the fact India is in the ascendency, obsessed with the individual performances of their most hated batsmen.
