Dhoni's PR diminishing Pant's glory

What Pant has already achieved in his short test career.. deserves numerous articles praising him to the roof.. his achievements are now starting to weigh more even when compared to the regular batsman stats... but what we see frequently is how reckless he is.. careless shot selection etc.. putting his selection on line at the slightest loss of form.. no mention of Dhoni vs Pant at all in test cricket.. same guys would do this every day in short formats and glorify Dhoni that there will never be a finisher like him.. if you see cricinfo/cricbuzz most of these writers from TN.. mad about csk & dhoni.. doing their PR even after he has hanged his boots in international cricket.. imagine how it would have been if Pant had debuted 10 years ago.. they would have killed his career for sure..

Dhoni PR aka Tamil CSK fans. They act as if Dhoni is going to settle in TN after retirement and work for the betterment of the state. Dhoni also plays to the sentiment, acts as if TN is his second home. Dhoni Tamil Troll army is cancer to Indian cricket

I am not bothered about general cricket fans.. they can be swayed by sentiment.. its the writers & analysts of websites who always try to bring down Pant or find faults with him

lol NOt true. They love Dhoni. But that doesn't mean they diss others.  All good cricket is appreciated there.  Just wait and watch the reception he gets, when he plays a Test in chennai.  I odn't recall them hating any cricketers.  Heck even Padosis received standing ovation not once but twice. For the record Dhoni has fans all over India. Dhoni's biggest chamchas are the actual cricket players. Kuldeep, Chahal, Ashwin, etc.

Cricbuzz is the chief culprit.. Their ball by ball commentators have an agenda against Pant from day one
