Simple Alphabetical My problem with that order is last one picks 2 at one go in that case and the 1st one of the list has to wait for very long for his chance

Or else who ever is first alpha order will always get the best picks every round which is not fair. 1st one will also get to pick two in a row. Last pick in round 2 and first pick of round 3 Lord 1
