bharathh Posted July 6, 2022 Posted July 6, 2022 I think this is a collective reaction to the sensitivity some religions demand but don't offer others. The recent Nupur Sharma incident shows that each religion needs to protect themselves. For those that do not think this is a big deal... Not sure what there is to comment in the first place nevada 1

I think it has more to do with having platforms to express your triggered-ness. Back in the day, you'd rant to your close friends and relatives and let it go. On a related note, there's nothing wrong with being triggered - everyone reacts differently. But that should not mean the person triggering you with their words or creations must face legal action just because you are triggered - going there would be asking for a theocracy. someone Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 These self labelled LW should be questioned more, as their hypocrisy becomes clear to see and read. It's not their talks or tweets, but their inability to answer straight questions in interviews. The non-left should ask such questions the Muslims, LW leaders and their supporters. And it's not that they are naive, they fully well understand their own double standards yet conveniently ignore them...
