he is doing everything right now - scoring consistent runs and also he is good in field. 

With so many coming series Rohit-kohli will be rested more so gill will now have a continuous run for few more series . Just keep scoring and keep scoring

We can already see he is getting late against real good pace and bounce with no width . 

May just scrape through in Indian conditions but India can find better players than him

I just cannot understand the stupidity that is Indian Cricket, where Gill is not permanently in there, but Kohli is persisted with, despite his career ending a few years ago.
