This place is on the way to the Gateway of India. And it was Aug 15th.

A large section of the crowd could be going for/returning from the laser show/fireworks at the Gateway and someone would have spilled the beans on RoSha being around.

Cricketers do not  enjoy the same status in Pakistan for example. Yes they have fans but they can easily dine out in restaurants and get haircuts etc.

Even with actors, Fawad khan used to get crowds in India but roams around casually in Lahore, even though he is probably the biggest movie star in the country.

Oh ... I could easily handle the fame. The problem was just with batting, bowling and fielding ...
