This is more of a data analyst's job. Logic says BCCI must be having one I am not even sure.

Luckily, Dravid got away with couple of things.  These need to be exposed.      1) That test series in Ban could hv easily become 1-1 instead of 2-0  (If not for the unbeaten Ashwin-Iyer 8th wicket partnership).   Our top order batsmen made a sub-par target of 145 look like 300.  2) We nearly lost to Ban in the WT20 while defending 175. (Victory margin: 5 runs.  LOL).   Same Ban who lost to every other team by huge margins and played like minnows.

We are going to get whitewashed 0-2 in this test series.  But star sports and few other indian channels are showing highlights of Kela's inning day in and day out and glorifying his knock.   Not a single word on Elgar who is on his way to an unbeaten double hundred today.

Why was this was not bumped at the time of World Cup? They were waiting the right moment, a bad series. Coz hate sells more easily.

Not sure how many hv realised this.    Since 2011, we had NEVER lost a test match in SA by inning defeat.   Under Dravid, our boys did it. That too against a SA B team (No Nigidi, No De Kock, No Van der Dusan).   Another feather in the cap of Mr.Dependable.

DeCock has retired, Dussen avgs 32 in tests, Ngidi again is not Mcgrath, Burger has done enough to be a worthy replacement,+. 

 

Ye, we got pummeled, but against a full strength Sa team.
