^ Opposition has declared that Hindutva aka Hindu philosophy is evil and monstrous. She is saying nothing bit exactly what rest of opposition has been saying all along. Its Hindus and indians who are chewt to not understand it.

 

They are noteven trying to be politically correct like saying Muslims are good , Islam is good but only fundamentalist Islam is bad. They are simply saying Hindus are good but Hidutva is monster.

There are many myopic Hindus too who feel that Hinduism is good and Hindutva is evil. Hindus globally have to fight this narrative and show Hindutva is nothing assertive Hinduism. If we ourselves start to believe what these Islamists are pushing, we will end the Hindu  revivalism which is their objective anyway.

Point is , they qualify other religions by using adjective llike Islamic Fundmentalism, christian bigots, white supremacist, nazi Germans and so on. But they havent even tried that. Simply charred Hinduism with term Hindutva and that was it. Kill Hindutva because it will kill you when all Hindutva is Hindi word for English term Hinduism. You will not even see term Hinduism even used in any article of Western media. Jihad or conversion of Hindus and violence against Hindus is being morally and ethically justified by using term Hindutva.

AFAIK, Rae Bareli is the only LS seat in India which has always been won by just 1 party(Cong) since the independence! 

 

Smriti Irani is 99% winning Amethi, even if Rahul had contested from there. That's why he opted for a safer RB seat.

She probably would have lost this time but RaGa would have lost credibility as it would seem like a grudge move to go against her. 

 

Contesting from Traditional mother's seat was the only option left.

No way she will lose Amethi even if Rahul had contested. She & BJP have been strategically working on Amethi(& RB) ever since 2014. BJP has poached lot of influential opposition leaders in Amethi & RB. 

 

While Rahul has gone there hardly 2 or 3 times in a decade! Not to mention his disparaging comments regarding UP voters vis a vis South voters.

 

Congress has become extremely unpopular in UP nowadays. I wouldn't be surprised if Rahul manages to lose RB too.

It's all about projection...  RaGa and Congress want Smriti to be portrayed as insignificant (which they didn't do in 2019)..   Optics wouldn't be nice for him otherwise.

I stand corrected. Congress did lose RB once, when Indira famously lost to Raj Narayan in 1977, just after the emergency.

Yeah, first losing your ancestoral VVIP seat to her and then altogether running away from it in the next election is a great way to make Smriti Irani look insignificant.

lol he lost from a congress stronghold Amethi to a nobody like Irani. He ran away to Wayanad which has more than 50 pc Muslim population. He doesn’t want to go back to Amethi. Why did people want of Amethi voted Rahul Gandhi because he never stepped there apart from 3 times. This is a pattern with him even people in Wayanad are saying same thing. This time it is the M population there. It might be a tough fight in Wayanad for him as well. Rae barely someone mentioned even Sonia Gandhi might loose this time so she is not contesting from there.

He ran away to Wayanad after he lost, now he's running away from Wayanad o a safe seat vacated by his mom, appearing to be scared to run in his ancestral seat Amethi. He looks insignificant to Smriti now giving her more ammo to fire at him during her campaign.
