rollingstoned Posted October 12, 2023 Posted October 12, 2023 It's not that there is no dew, it's playing this way despite it.
bowl_out Posted October 12, 2023 Posted October 12, 2023 Are Australia practically out if they lose today? Their NRR is in the toilet. They need big wins in almost every game going forward. They have lost to two of the top six teams. One more loss and they are out.
rollingstoned Posted October 12, 2023 Posted October 12, 2023 Never seen de Kock this focused and animated. He was letting the fielders who were not doing their job have it even with 7 and 8 down.
rageaddict Posted October 12, 2023 Posted October 12, 2023 Just lol @ Australia. They are below the likes of Bangladesh and Netherlands right now in the points table. Saffers currently on top of the table as they deserve to be..
nitinbwj Posted October 12, 2023 Posted October 12, 2023 Aus should have picked at least 2 spinners if not more. Green let them down badly. Zampa is no longer a threat after the mauling by Klaasen.

No but they need almost 7 wins in a row to guarantee SF slot or 6 wins & lots of other bottle jobs by big teams! Edited October 12, 2023 by R!TTER
nitinbwj Posted October 12, 2023 Posted October 12, 2023 SA have absolutely hammered SL and Aus. Frustrated 1

They may still qualify with 6 wins if their NRR becomes good later on.

bowl_out Posted October 12, 2023 Posted October 12, 2023 Would love to see a SA vs NZ final. Both teams deserve a WC win
The Realist Posted October 12, 2023 Posted October 12, 2023 Cricbuzz: How often can you say that Australia have been comprehensively outplayed in a World Cup game? Well, today was one of those rare days where the five-time champions simply did not show up. Rare failure by Aus? @Austin 3:!6 Austin 3:!6 1

Either them or NZ for obvious reasons. Australia should not win the WC at any cost, it will make the tournament look like having no competition if Australia maintains its dominance. England won the Odi and T20 WC in a short succession so they shouldn't win it either. Edited October 12, 2023 by rageaddict
