Not that I disagree, but Kohli is still playing.

He wants his behaviour and his game to win him fans world over. grow his following on the gram and twitter. he can monetize his popularity.

Post retirement, should he wish to join politics, he will make the necessary sound bytes to get closer to the kind of crowd he is trying to woo.

 

case in point Shahid Afridi. Agreed that he was a full of himself git for most of his playing career and not at all comparable to Kohli. But his anti India hateful messaging became common place only post retirement when he had/has political ambitions.

Nah! We don’t have to seek negativity here.

I don’t think Kohli has any financial benefit from getting fans in Pakistan. He doesn’t need to. Bhagwan gives him more and more because of his magnanimous heart.
Kohli is genuinely a fantastic human being and ambassador of India. What an example to follow. India should be proud of this guy.

Yup! This is sad to see. Our ODI team seriously needs attention. Too much focus on T20s and too many T20 players playing ODIs.

I don’t see this changing. T20 is perfectly suited to WI and Pakistani temperament and interests. People don’t wanna watch anything else

India's batting is very very suspect, certain posters on here can clearly see this, the way we have won, the manner in which we have chased targets or won while defending is a concern.

 

Its a concern because India has not yet been tested and to be tested properly the first time in a SEMI or Final could have dire consequences.

 

Before the finals, India need to bat first and score a huge total where each batsmen makes a meaningful contribution, secondly India needs to also chase down an above par score as well.  So far neither of this has happened.

 

Our bowlers have made our batting look acceptable. There is huge holes in our batting lineup. Especially if Hitman gets out early.
