Also Rohit has that typical Andhra/south indian body type which is prone to getting chubbier as and when they are in their mid-late 30s. 

 

He's nearing the end of his career and so what if he's a bit on the fatter side. 

 

Great batting form , captains the side well and is a safe catcher.

I am glad he is batting well but he could achieve more if he was fit.

 

If you are a public figure and make money by exposure, be prepared to be made fun of. That goes with the territory.

It is a bad look and you expect better from a professional athlete. Having said that, he is a power hitter and if he was to lose all the fat he may lose his strength.

A cricketer isnt paid to be fit?

 

Sure he's batting well like Inzi used to, but fitness is coming in way of going higher level. He can't bat long anymore.

yes, he is better suited for t20s now. he is almost treating ODIs as T20s now
