I think if he bats for England in ODIs he will score well..its a different mindset playing with a team with tail starting at 7(incl Jadeja)..vs playing with a team having batting till 9...

you can be more relaxed and play free flowing cricket..it wont make him more technical player but will ease some burden of him that he has to stay and play odi'sh type of innings..he can rather play short impactful innings..with lesser responsibility..

nah he has extra gear definitely and range of shots. Otherwise others would be doing it in T20s too.
