A team that was on verge of elimination and bounced back is very dangerous. SL 22 Asia cup and Pakistan 92 World Cup.

They have done the same in 2019 WC, when they had to win all 4 of their last 4 league games to reach top 4. They won their next 6 games and won the tournament. 

2022 T20 WC too they were on the verge of elimination after losing to Ireland and their game against Aus washed out, but after that they won every game till Finals.

Probably the most clutch English side I have seen.

I don't think any total is safe against Eng. Brooke and Archer are back too. Very very difficult to beat them unless we score 200.

Namibians screwed up yesterday by wrong bowling changes. They gave 40 in last two overs. On top of it they didnt start with wiese at the top chasinh such a low score. England can be beaten. Their trump card is their bowling. Topley archer jordan are seasoned t20 bowlers. And they have sam curran livingstone as all rounders with rashid moeen spinners

I think their real strength is unmatchable batting depth. Almost everyone can bat and bat in a manner T20 requires. Their tailenders provide immense value with their hitting abilities. 

It also allows them to play attacking cricket without worrying about FoWs.

We had to beat them in league stage match. Surely didn't give our best. You get one of biggest treat out of World Cup and we had golden opportunity. If we would have won that match then we might have faced a different opponent in semi finals or at least would have gone with a different confidence.

Yeah. Worst part is we were in a winnable situation but Dhoni and Jadhav thought screwing Pakistan is the better option.

Batting is the biggest issue.  Too many old players past their peak

We need Dube, Pandya, Axar for that six hitting in the end. Fraudeja is a fukin Fraud.

Bowling was still better than batting in 2022 too. It won us the Pak game and nearly defended a sub par total v SA

 

There is no firepower in batting. Won't reach 200 unless bowling is extremely rubbish

Dube can only play in middle as he hits spin only. Too crowded there.

Parag would have suited us wonderfully... An off spinner when lefties bat in MO. Imagine feeding two left arm spinners to likes of Head, Moeen Ali Duckett, Miller etc

Dube was picked due to Thala. Even Venky bowls medium pace and did better with bat. Even Nitish Reddy. Two guys from finalists where CSK lost to RCB and didnt qualify
