Saw some crass comments about Dhoni's daughter from recent Ambani functions. Colorist, casteist, sexist, vulgar etc. Good that Virat and Anushka have chosen to keep their kids' lives private. Some monster also made rape threats to his daughter and was arrested by Hyderabad police, too many sickos in our society. 

 

UK will provide a much safer and peaceful atmosphere. And great sporting, entertainment, cultural, educational city, also the food!!!!

I doubt moving will help clean up social media or whether twitter feed will be better just because you move to another country. Unfortunately the nature of the beast is that as long as you're in public limelight, these things will continue happening.

 

Happens across all sports and everywhere. In footie, a player misses a penalty and see the vitriol they face. Case in point Saka when he missed penalty in their last tourney. Similarly if a WR drops a catch in NFL, the guy is roasted alive by their fan base and fantasy league participants. Best is to ignore social media altogether and I doubt Dhoni, Kohli or any public figure go through their twitter feed.

That is one thing I can't understand. Lot of Pakistanis are fans of Kohli and defend him more than Indian fans would. Maybe they like him as he's the only Indian captain who lost to Pak in a WC game, and was also the captain when we lost CT final. The same way we like Misbah when majority of Pak fans hate him as we have happy memories of him batting against us
