Imagine if india doped lol. The scenes. We all saw how they ref in Olympics. 

 

Indalian board should just spend as much as China does. We obviously can afford to have a country wide sports program. 

 

IMO we should do that and unfortunately that's the only way to build a successful Olympics program. Look at US, Russia, former East Germany and now China. Every one of them flouted the rules, and spent billions of dollars in PEDs and doping.
