Yes and if BD reaches mid level economy all the above things will improve and avg pop will be taller, stronger and fitter

Perhaps. We would never know what effect 1947-1971 had on people there with respect to food and all. 

 

But if they are producing pacers with reasonable speed etc. No reason why they shouldn't be producing batsmen with the strength as well.

In mid to late 90s I remember multiple batsmen of ours getting caught at long on or deep midwicket when trying to hit sixes if they don't step out of the crease even against spinners. Things have changed 100x now.  BD should not have any excuses.
