Australia and England too bring significant amount of revenue to ICC, more than PCB.

If India doesn't participate in CT, sponsors're gonna back out. There's no "Pak/Ind -> No ICC". There's only No India -> No ICC. You may have illusions of grandeur about Pak's place in world cricket. But just like global stage where Pak is a slave of China ( and earlier the US), nothing depends on Pak. 80% revenue is generated by India, Pak doesn't bring much to the table.

But Will PCB be strong in their stance to play without India?  I don't think BCCI is trying to arm twist yet. They have merely conveyed they won't be taking part. So will PCB pursuade ICC to include the next best team srilanka and continue the tournament?
