With Rohit opening .I can see India to be 20 for 2 and then it's up to Kohli and Rahul..I see India around 50 for 5 and then whatever Rahul Jadeja washi and reddy does

It will be difficult for the team with Rohit,Virat,Rahul in current for m scoring 50 between them.

250 runs could be scored between Jaiswal, Pant,Reddy,Sundar and Jadeja

We have 2 walking wkts in our batting lineup posing as batters. If we had proper batters then we could've scored 250+ here but with the 2 passengers we're gonna struggle as usual.

 

It has to be a Jaiswal or a Pant epic to save us as usual or a rescue act from our lower order.

in theory, it is 350+. for our batting lineup, seems more like 170-190 pitch

he has run out a lot of people (himself and others). needs to do better than arguing that concentration broke or stuff like that. he went and poked outside off again for the 1000th time, despite knowing that this is exactly the trap that Aus set for him.

We are effectively 4 down as 5th wicket was of a tailender. Jadeja, Pant, Sundar and Reddy are better batsman than all of our top order except Jaiswal. We need to stop being overly pessimistic here, hopefully our lower order delivers.

It's upto pant. He is the only one who can see us pass 300.

Correction : 2 wickets were of tailenders. One tailender played more balls than the other.
