Mhatre is still to make debut, donot think at this stage he would have shots or power to play IPL not easy for U-19 player to perform in IPL. Game is not that developed be it power or field manipulation.

What about Manish Pandey who has been playing since first or 2nd IPL edition and had played for Indianor Rahane or Russell. Cant blame Raguvanshi. Looked class apart

Prabh any day. He is mediocre for Indian cricket intl standards but good for IPL. Also I do enjoy  watching him in full flow. Rutu and Patidar the other great timers of the ball but over all mediocre for our standards.
 

prabh can walk into every other team in Asia and WI.

Priyansh Arya- can be fast tracked

Asutosh- crowded space for his slot, can be back up or tried vs weaker teams

Vipraj- need to see more, have a bit of bias against age frauds. He has to be Rashid Khan level good to be accepted.

Agreed about Vipraj's age. He doesn't look 20 or 21. He's more like 24 but he bowls leg spin and is a very good batter & hitter lower down the order. He's an ideal white-ball cricketer. Apparently he started playing cricket as an opener and then turned into a leg spinner.

 

Like Ashutosh as he seems so poised and confident. Nothing fazes him and he looks like he belongs. He's only 26 and a perfect guy to bat at 6 or 7 in T20s. Needs to be given a shot as I would back temperament over skill or talent.

 

And Arya is an easy choice. He looks like he belongs. Not a single delivery where it looks like he's forcing a shot or looks ungainly. It's as if the shot he hits came naturally to him and he always meant to play it. In fact he looks an even more natural hitter than Abhishek. Almost like a left handed Sehwag who can hit 6s instead of 4s. Never seen such a natural and gifted hitter.
