Top 10 highest footfalls for movies since 2006. : r/tollywood

4 Telugu films+1 Kannada+2 Tammie films in top foot falls from 2006.

I should say, the industries of south punch way above their capacity in churning out good films in the last 20 years. Both in popular films and award winning stuff.

BB, kgf2, pushpa2 all because of Hindi version.

Geetu Mohandas, a Malayali woman directed this masterpiece. She has a very creative mind.

Who is it based on? I mean the leading characters.

Like SK because of Amaran, hope the movie lives up to the hype and no unnecessary targeting or inflammatory scenes against fellow Indians. Politicians are the real villains in language wars and imposition.

Ironically RSS is the most pro-regional outfit you can find. They are globalist and regionalist at the same time. Their motto is mother tongue first.

I think the issue with a section of elite in the hindi belt. Most probably their blood lines were never exposed to linguistic diversity of india and they think India is just a scaled out Uttar Pradesh.

We need to apreciate prashanth neel more. He does hero elevation without making it cringe.

Yes, that’s true and Yash can pull it off to. He has better screen presence than Prakash although not as tall.
