BacktoCricaddict Posted July 3, 2025 Posted July 3, 2025 These knocks, especially this one coming under some pressure, will give him much needed credibility and clout with his teammates. Hopefully he will use it for good and keep learning to lead, rather than just follow seniors and GG. express bowling and diga 2
diga Posted July 3, 2025 Posted July 3, 2025 Hopefully they move on from the debacles of NZ & Aus series and establish a new team under Gill . Tone down the expectations this year and next year we need to win every series Adamant, BacktoCricaddict and express bowling 3

Actually the pitch vs NZ in Bengaluru was good, just that 10 consecutive days of rain made first session impossible to bat, no idea why we chose to bat first. Then we needlessly panicked and prepared two horrible surfaces, GG overruled the players there and demanded going full retard. Edited July 3, 2025 by Gollum
bowl_out Posted July 3, 2025 Posted July 3, 2025 We have three clutch batters in Gill, Jaiswal, Pant in the Test XI. Adding two more will make it a great top 5. KL has been doing the job well as an opener for the most part. Hoping Sai comes good at No.3 express bowling 1
Chakdephatte Posted July 3, 2025 Posted July 3, 2025 2010-2020 had seen some of the best bowling pitches. Throughout the world. There are indications that test cricket pitches are getting more batting friendly now. Not more than the noughties, but relatively flat. He can end up with an average close to 50. Rondu 1
