Bowing down to PCB and having our home matches in neutral ground is the biggest insult and humiliation ever in our cricket history and the reason doesnt matter.

You can pretend to be dumb and not understand the actual point which is a common technique which right wing bigots use, but just remember that no one is that much a fool to believe you. Oh - we are not humiliating ourselves for money, but other reasons - is not good enough for anyone

 

I am no one's hater and was one of the loudest voices against Congress corruption. I dont put any party over country like you do, I voted for BJP because they were the best party available at that point.

 

What I love doing is exposing hypocrites from BOTH sides, currently its your side as its your side in power. So its been wonderful to see all the pseudo patriots who cried about pride and morality and corruption for so long now bending their ass over and acting like unpaid PR because its their favorite party doing something.

Bhai ek baat mujhe samjhao. How come India, Pak and a rank minnow (Oman, Nepal, Hong Kong, UAE) always find themselves in the same group while other side has Afg, Lanka, BD? Rankings keep changing but never the groups. 

 

Then a Super 4 to guarantee a second Indo-Pak match. Even in ICC events we are always in the same group, how is it fair to other teams? No other sport has seen such consistently rigged draws. Same nonsense even in women's cricket. 

 

Now that terror state has forced a shift of our tournament away from our country, and we are supposed to be ok with it? Supposedly that country has a non-functioning economy, BCCI being 100 times bigger than PCB revenue-wise.

There were so many Indians attacking Indian movie stars and celebrities because they didnt say something on SM or some wanted to work with Pak actors.

 

So its ok to play with Pak cricketers (who have way more influence than their actors) but not ok to work with Pak actors? Every single person who was boycotting Pak actors but now is ok with Asia cup, should be ashamed of their hypocrisy.

They granted visas to Pakistani hockey team to virtue signal to IOC for 2036 olympics. I am sure this is one of those things.

RaGa is a useless nepo but not in power. Jay Shah is a useless nepo in powerful positions, and undermining Indian interests at every turn, why are people making it BJP vs Congress? Had Congress been making these decisions, we would have blasted them as well.....it is the same population that decided enough was enough, supported the Anna andolan and kicked away Congress from power. But now BJP is sinking this country and bhakts are doing whataboutery to deflect blame, not even caring how the country is suffering as a result. People putting party over country have no right to talk about patriotism.

From being dragged like a crying baby to attend the ACC meeting in Dhaka, to being forced to shift our tournament outside home when just 5 months ago, Pak managed to host most of its tournament in Pak. The fact that we are being bullied by non-entities like Pak and BD is the most unpardonable part. It is not like other sports where Western countries, China, Japan etc. have a bigger say due to economics/legacy....this is a sport where India generates 90% of the global revenue, bigger market and fanbase than rest of the countries combined.

Pooks have every right to celebrate and laugh at us. Pakistan has inflicted severe humiliation on India here, probably with no other parallel in modern sporting history, taking on an enemy so much bigger and bending it to its will.

 

Russia also faced boycott but Ukraine was part of a bigger group of powerful Western nations that made it possible. Here Pak has singlehandedly made India eat dust in a sport where Ind is a superpower at least financially. Parallel will be a country like Mexico undermining US basketball/baseball, immediately after a state sponsored terror attack on US soil killing US citizens, can you imagine that happening?

 

We may win the next 100 H2Hs against them, another 10 WCs, but this humiliation will stay on forever. 2 months after Pahalgam, Indian cricket has become nothing more than a plaything for Pak. Imposing your will on your opponent is the most comprehensive victory possible, and PCB/Naqvi have done just that, Naqvi deserves a honour bigger than whatever that clown Munir awarded himself.

Boss, 2 big differences.

 

Asia Cup in hockey will be played in India, unlike cricket where we have to play our home tournament in UAE. Hockey India did the smartest thing, no objection to them playing in India, visas were also offered, so good PR....but ultimately fearing the Bihari crowd's anger (nothing like the Chennai crowd which hosted ACT 23) and tit for tat for CT, they backed out. We came out as the bigger people, kept our hosting rights despite their complaints (even FIH head is a Pook origin guy) and even found a replacement.

 

Not much money in hockey (they are barely able to pay their players/coaches their meagre salary), cricket will bolster PCB treasury which in turn will find its way to Pak fauj. PCB stares at loss of US$14 million in revenue if Asia Cup is cancelled

You shouldn't be, it's one of the few bipartisan issues in the country which is one of the welcome developments of previous decade.  

Let's see what happens anyway, these decisions come on autopilot as if it is business as usual like the WCL match.

Yea if they have no problem in visiting here it's not that much of an issue for us, at least shouldn't be. We shouldn't play them anywhere else if possible.
