Coach should back right cricketers and should put down his ego and gave those who are performing in Ranji more chances than IPL.

 

Sarfaraz, Eashwaran should have been backed.

 

The middle order combination of wicketkeepers batsman and allrounders ie Pant,Jurel,Rahul,Sundar,Jadeja, Axar,Reddy is reciepe for disaster.

 

Sai and Paddikal are not the answers for middle orders .

Flat track means the bowlers have to bowl 200+ overs in the Test to earn a win.

 

4 over IPL specialists don't want to bend the backs which is why you won't find them complaining about the pitches. Players and Coach are on the same page on this issue.

Even the entire selection process is non sense, let alone coaching . Even the selected/neglected player don't know  as to why he is playing/selected .For instance rahul , rohit etc etc don't know as to  why they have been  in the test  team for this much longer  .Similarly Sarfaraz Khan,Shres Iyer,Mayank agarwal ,Karun Nair etc etc don't know as to comparatively what wrong they did to be unexpectedly dropped from the team .

 

At the same time , several domestic players with consistent high level performances would be wondering as to what more do they need to get places in the team  when compared to consistent non performers like Rahul.
