Sen wasnt FastTracked. He had to prove his performance for 4-5 years, and also after a sensational Duleep Trophy he was considered.

Its a known fact that gentle trundlers will stay fit for long coz they dont put any strain on their nazuk body.

 

Punjab did give Gurnoor any games till last Ranji, same with J&K regarding Yudhvir. Eden Apple Tom was gumshuda ki talash for last 2 years, Ashok Sharma was playing local leagues w/o support from Raj Govt...Tyagi is still a nobody in UPCA.

 

But malnourished gidda trundlers like Aaqib Khan, Tanveer Ul Haq, Kunal Tyagi, Jaydev Unadkut, Anshul Kamzor, Gutkesh will keep on getting games after games.

Well teams can't select unfit players. Guys like Umesh,Bumrah,Shami bowl fast yet remain relatively fit. Guys like Tyagi,Umran,Mayank keep falling like flies. 

 

Pitches need to be better too. Greentops bring trundlers into play and they can bowl longer spells.

Agree, but BCCI also has done little for their conditioning.

Bumrah and co have resources of MI to take care of them. Who does Tyagi, Umran and Mayank has...NCA ? That's a frigging group of jokers..

 

No wonder why likes of Bumrah & hardik prefer to visit MI conditioning camp instead of going to NCA. The so called doctors know nothing but just believe on "tweaking" the action.

It should actually be BCCi and not IPL teams...in my opinion.

IPL will only look from their point of view...and their focus will be limited. BCCI has to manage an entire set of players...theyve a bigger responsibility, which they are failing in.

CAC was formed to find  head  coach and he was allowed to pick his coaches.
