I will also not write off UAE sicne they have excellent stadiums and facilities along with a dedicated league.

Namibia is another one to back since they have local, homegrown talent.

 

But a clear NO to expat teams like Oman & Canada and also Italy ( no homegrown talent)

Even USA is full of expats, initial teams will be full of expats only. Home grown talent ready to compete in world cups cannot be grown on trees.

 

UAE is the place where question of home grown talent does not arise even after 500 years.

USA and UAE, even though team of expats, have a distinct advantage over all associates- world class facilities, own T20 League & Investments. 

 

All other expats countries like Oman, Canada, Singapore, Hong kong etc. doesn't stand a chance & hence little hope of ever making it big.

Canada has its own league.Oman is not lacking funds, so is Singapore.Hong Kong is also full of expats.

 

You keep trying that is how game spreads.

I am surprised we scheduled only 5 prep games in India to give them practice.

 

If there was a WC in NZ, do you think they will give India 5 practice games there upto 1 week before the event starts?

100% correct, they would not even give one match, NZ benefitted even in 2021 test championship finals by playing full test series before the finals.

Its quite popular in Toronto are among the immigrants

If T20 has to be every 2 years, then associates are not adding any value to the event. Can't win anything. Can't qualify to next rounds. Might as well do a quick 8 member T20 cup.
