Entire customer experience from onboarding to governance is absolutely close loop and tightly controlled and funded. Wherever this has happened, those folks are lost for good. Look at AR Rahman. In two decades, after getting everything possible he can play victim. And when we loose them, we will lose land as well. Can't keep splitting this land. Better to undo conversion and start bringing them back with missionary while gardening your current base.
