This case they were apparently held up by a rally We are still a country of train delays, broken roads and other unpredictables.So being so rigid on students doesn;t make sense. They were there before exam started anyway. Lets not forget many of them would have wrote the exam well in May. This retest is already a punishment for no fault of theirs

In fact those non-south asian countries may be eating more actual vegetables than us.
