Has enough backing from TM But they should at least make Samson captain and have an option on Ruturaj. Samson clearly draws more crowd and is the face of the team now. I would even go one step further to say Samson should be made India's T20I captain after they dump SKY. Iyer can be brought in as vc for a year before he is eventually made captain Vk1 and Lord 1 1

Csk has stopped backing rutu for Ind t20i side but still there is chance and potential to be in the Odis, may not be this wc bt after the wc. His ton at #4 has opened multiple opportunity for him he can now play anywhere from Opener to #4
