The structure of the team is wrong.

 

Dropping Arya for yet another all rounder in Nishant doesn't make sense to me. Do we need Nishant bowling, when we have Roy? Nishant is a middle order bat not a number 6. 

 

Arya is a hack but in this line up at three he has, or should have, the licence to go for it knowing that there is batting till no 10. It made more sense to keep him in, even open with him and play Prabsimran at 3 as he is more of a "batsman" 

 

I like that Yash is in for Kamboj I wish it was Yudhvir though

Suryansh Shedge brings him to the main team already this kind of performance gives you the correct idea how good a player he is

There's two ways to go about it, if you want to pack your ODI set up with all rounders, Arshad coming at 10, then we have to go all guns blazing even the middle order, like prime Morgan era England. With this in mind Arya should have been retained. Tilak needs to be told to get a move on with his strike rate 

 

Or give the team more bowling bite, get in Yudhvir and Yash , it needs genuine wicket taking spinners: Shivang , Ansari 

 

That comes At the cost of that batting depth, and the middle order needs to be more circumspect. So be it
